Today I read about the Paralympics Shot put event. I have read that Lisa Adams which is Valerie Adams sister, she had won a second Gold medal for New Zealand.
According to my research I have read that Lisa Adams set a new record in the F37 shot put, beating her rival Mi Na from China with a throw of 15.12 metres.
As you can tell all of Lisa’s throws were worthy of winning Gold medal, with her shortest throw being 14.34 metres.
