Spring Poem

Sun shines brightly in the sky.

People smell flowers coming from the soft soil.

Racing through the beautiful flowers.

In spring flowers come off the brown branches.

No one can be warm in spring unless you have a heater.

Going out in the spring you could get sick.

A Kangaroo

I woke up one day and I opened my eyes and saw a beautiful shining

sun and I got up and I started to jump because I am a kangaroo and kangaroo do stuff like that.

I was so hungry so I looked for some grass so I can eat it. I walked with my beautiful pretty, bouncy feet and I just bounced and at the same time I was looking for grass all to myself.  I was walking and walking and I was bouncing. As I was bouncing I saw a huge beautiful, pretty sweet , mouth watering green grass. So I bounced there and I stopped because I was tired so I stopped.

When I stopped I sat down for only 1 minutes. I got back up and started to bounce all the way to the other side to get more grass and when I was bouncing I was hungry for the grass I  got on and rushing. I wanted to harry and eat. I rushed,I bounced I ran like a tiger or a lion. 

When I got on the other side I grabbed the grass like an horse eating a block of hay. The hay is a browny grass that horses and cow eat until I was so full of food in my stomach I walked all the way to where I came from before.

Space

Shooting stars are fast twinkling in the solar system.

Planets have bright colours like red green and blue.

Astronauts fly on the solar system.And all around the beautiful planets.

Crates are small holes on the moon

Earth is blue and green and it is where we live.

Financial Literacy

For four days this week we had people from PwC

come to Glenbrae School to talk about saving money, borrowing money

and donating money. The most thing that is important was identity and

how to protect it.

The people that taught us about Financial Literacy were

Chris, Lyndsey, Jasmine and Sasha.

My favourite part was when we learnt about identity

and how to keep our identity safe by protecting our personal details.

Legend Of Nian

On Chinese New years there was are dragon
that was named Nian. He lived underwater or
up on the top of a mountain. The dragon hates
the color red, bright lights and loud music. The
dragon only comes on Chinese New Year
because the dragon likes to eat the Chinese
New Year cake. It comes every time on Chinese
New Year.
